Celebrate! 10th Fix with Stitch Fix!

Market & Spruce Fix

Celebrating my 10th fix, in addition to having a Market & Spruce fix! I started around June of 2015! I really like the idea behind Stitch Fix. Having a stylist pick out 5 items for you to try on, in the comfort of your own home. I also like trying it because fashion isn’t my strong suit but I think I have come a long way from T shirts and jeans!

However, this fix was another bust. I am just not feeling the pieces lately. They are a cross between Salior Moon and Grandma-y. Even if I don’t like them, I’m not going to prevent you all from seeing the goodies!

Here they are…

Market and Spruce Ivy Split Neck Print Blouse.

The bird pattern is cute but this was a tad bit small in the bust area and I am not fond of tab sleeves or the split neck. If I want a V neck, I want a V neck! πŸ˜‰

Wave hi to your granny!

Market and Spruce Textured Knit Sweater.

This sweatshirt was overpriced and made me feel older than I was (28 here!!!)

Market and Spruce Carl Dress.

My comments are below about this dress. Isn’t it horrible on me?

Outfit Alert!!!! Most of the pieces from the box tied together as an outfit. Octavia Sutro Open Knit Infinity Scarf with If By Sea Belo Cinched Waist Cargo Jacket and Market and Spruce Carl Dress. I am not in love with anything here. I already own a similar scarf, the jacket was small, and the dress reminded me of something a 40 year old would wear, plus, I kept fussing with the mid section.

Closer look of theΒ  If By Sea Belo Cinched Waist Cargo Jacket. This was small, I couldn’t zip it up pass my 36D boobs.

Style card for your convenience! πŸ™‚

Well, there you have it! My Market & Spruce fix! Tell me what you think! Am I right about sailor moon and grannies, or am I being too harsh? My next fix is a Valentine’s Day fix! I’m looking forward to that! My boyfriend and I are heading some place fancy! Oh la la!

Wow, I’m surprised you didn’t like the dress or top. The pint is so fun and the dress was very flattering

I love your stitch fixes! It is so fun to see what you get in them like a fun surprise each month! I actually thought you looked pretty great in the black and white dress but how you feel in it is the most important!

I personally think the sweater and the black and white dress are nice pieces. They look good on you as well. You are right that the jacket may be too small. For the dress however, I think the ruching is intended to flatter the midsection. Is there a matching system for the system or they just send you random clothes? Maybe if you have specified what types of clothes you like more then maybe they can send you items that you will not just like but love even. All the best!
